Lunch on the Strip: Restaurants in Las Vegas

When you’re thinking about spending the day exploring the Strip, lunch might not be the first thing on your mind. After all, Las Vegas is full of restaurants. But you’ve got great lunch options on the Strip that deserve some thought.

If you’re out sightseeing and wandering along the Strip, a casual, reasonably priced place is a good choice for lunch, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try some celebrity chef fare. While still offering casual counter service, places like Bobby’s Burger Palace and Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips will give you a taste of these famous chefs’ creations.

At more upscale Strip restaurants, lunch menus often offer less expensive dishes and lunch specials that can make an otherwise spendy restaurant more affordable. For any restaurants on your “must visit” list, it’s worth checking ahead to see if they serve lunch. Often you’ll find less of a crowd during lunch as well, but some restaurants recommend reservations no matter what the time of time.

Mon Ami Gabi, for example, is one of the busiest restaurants on the Strip. Its patio seating overlooks the Strip and the Fountains of Bellagio, making those outside tables very popular–and also on a first come, first serve basis. The French bistro food is memorable, and the ambiance is distinctly Parisian.
